Birmingham Swifts is a free LGBT running group. We’re open to everyone, no matter what your ability, age, sexuality or gender.
2016 has been out best year so far and with over 100 members you’re bound to meet new friends and find people of similar abilities. We have a lot more exciting social runs, Starting Out Sessions, training plans and more to come throughout 2017, please browse our website for more information.
It’s our aim to help you achieve your running goals in a friendly and supportive environment, whether you want to run a marathon or your first 5k.

The Swifts are led by an England Athletics approved run leader, and our runs usually start from Birmingham city centre.
